recommend someone to run for the Board.  Please put 'Swains' in the subject box.

**Trees have been removed from the road right-of-ways, as part of the year round water project continues. Three piles of logs plus a partial pile of limbs need to be removed.? The remainder of the piles is to be hauled out and/or chipped. Only one of the slash piles is on Swains Creek property. Removing wood from these slash piles is STRICTLY PROHIBITED due to insurance regulations!!!!!

**The pond has been stocked with fish. Remember the limit is 5 fish per day per lot. You must have your fishing card with you at all times while fishing!!

**Dogs are to be kept under control at all times while in the Swains Creek Sub-division.?No dog is to roam freely ever!!

**All ATV operators under the age of 18 are required to wear a helmet. This is the Utah law.

**Please Volunteer to Help at the Labor Day Activities!!

**THE RUNWAY IS FOR PLANES!!!! NOT ATV'S OR OTHER VEHICLES!!!! In the last couple of years, we have had several instances of damage done to the runway by ATV's and unauthorized vehicles being on the runway. Already this year there have been three such incidents. The tracks left by these vehicles make it very dangerous for pilots to land and repairing the damage is costly and time consuming for us. Nothing other than planes are allowed on the runway. This includes people on foot. Please respect the No Trespassing Signs and advise your family and guests to do the same. Lot owners will be charged for the damage caused by yourselves, your family and/or guests.  Bill Rodreick, Manager
