PARKING LOT - WINTER USERS

You may not be aware that the County nor the State DOT crews are NOT plowing our parking lot or Strawberry's. With all the snow storms it has been a mess with parking being a nightmare. Rudy DeLaPaz (Cedar Mt. Builders) & Swain's Creek lot owner, has offered to plow it when ever necessary. His crew has removed snow several times already up to this date. If everyone could help out with some money donations for fuel & their time, it would be GREATLY appreciated!  Again, this is for the WINTER Time users....... His mailing address is:

PO Box 1226

Duck Creek Village, UT. 84762

Also, PLEASE be reminded that SNOWCATS must park in the trailer section.  Vehicle parking has been very limited due to trailers & snow cats parked in the vehicle area. It also makes it very hard to plow & clear the snow in a proper manner. Let's all work together & help each other to make the best of all this great snow!  This is the Hwy. 14 phone number for road access:   435-586-9445   Be safe and have a wonderful fun winter!!

Chairman’s Chat …….

We are excited for the coming year and send all of you wishes for GOOD TIMES and look forward to water in the pond in 2005.  We also say goodbye to the past board members and thank them for their time and effort given to make Swains Creek a better place to live and play.

There some of the same issues to address this year as last.  Some, but not all, are the review and changes needed to be made to the CC&R's, the development of a water system, the re-establishment of the architectural committee, etc.

The next board meeting is May 14, 2005 at 10:00 AM (Utah time) at the Barn.  Please come and introduce yourself, have a cup of coffee and volunteer to help make this a successful year for all of us.

I look forward to a productive year for Swains Creek
