the association will be allowed to continue making water deliveries until June 30, 2007.  After that those owners will have to make their own water arrangements.

Happy New Year and welcome new board members!  2006 was a very busy year with the water system being installed with no major accidents.  Water deliveries in 2006 hit an all time record of 1,268 deliveries which was 162 loads more than in 2005; just another sign of our growing community.  The water system was activated December 1, 2006.    For those lot owners not hooked up to their water barrel, please be advised that

ATV Rider Rules

The motorized OHV trails are open to all trail users. This means not only motorized vehicles (such as All Terrain Vehicles (ATV/s), Off-Highway Vehicles (OHV’s), dirt bikes, etc.), but hikers, runners, hunters, mountain bikers and equestrians may also be using the trails. The shared use of the motorized trails requires that users follow some rules of etiquette.
Motorized vehicles should yield the OHV trail to all other users (hikers, mountain bikers and equestrians). In particular, the rider of the motorized vehicle should come to a stop (off the trail if possible), shut off the engine, and remove his/her helmet when encountering equestrians. The usual etiquette for non-motorized users also applies on the motorized trails. Hikers should yield to equestrians, and mountain bikers should yield to both hikers and equestrians.
