Where Can I Ride?· As an ATV/OHV rider, it is your responsibility to purchase one or both of the ATV Trail Maps that are available for sale. These maps show routes where ATV/OHV travel is permitted. · OHV’s may operate on any trail that is signed as open to that use. · Riding your OHV/ATV cross-country is strongly discouraged through out the forest and is prohibited in many areas. · Non-street legal OHV’s may operate on any open unpaved road unless signs are posted to prohibit such use. · Unless signed otherwise, all County roads are open to OHV’s. · All paved roads are closed to OHV’s unless signed otherwise. · It is not legal to "cut cookies" in the roads or to ride road cutbanks and fillslopes. · It is not legal for riders to make their own trails. · It is not legal for parents to allow their kids to make "kiddie loops" around their camps.
