Our Adopt-A-Highway clean-up was June 24. This THANK YOU goes to the THREE people who joined me...THANK YOU to Irene Briggs, Tanya Garreaud, and Norm Case. I truly appreciate that you took the time to improve our community. Also, THANK YOU to Bob Runkle for providing transportation. Please plan to join us this fall for the Adopt-A-Highway fall clean up. |

**The pond has again been stocked with fish.Remember the limit is 5 fish per day per lot. You must have your fishing card with you at all times while fishing!! **Dogs are to be kept under control at all times while in the Swains Creek Subdivision. No dog is to roam freely ever!! **All ATV operators under the age of 18 are required to wear a helmet. This is the Utah law. **Please Volunteer to Help at the Labor Day Activities!! ** Thank You to the crew who repaired the barbed-wire fence on the north end: Paul Hicks and his family Aaron, Zack, Sean and Reese, and also Norm Case, Dee Ewing, and Andy Osterhoudt. And Thank You to Karl Briggs for the transportation. Thanks You to Greg Sterrett for his work on the south end of the fence!! Many Hours have already been spent repairing portions of the barbed-wire fence with the goal of keeping the cows out of our development. There are more areas to be repaired. Some areas were damaged by winter snows, other areas were cut.PLEASE... do not cut the fence. **Remember no wire/cable driveway closures are allowed in Swains Creek as per our CC&R's!! **Now would be a good time to mark on your lot where you want you water meter to be placed!! Crews will be setting them soon and will place them where marked. **If you are planning to build on your lot within Swains Creek you must submit a set of your plans to Bill or Dave. They will then be reviewed by the Architectural Committee. No construction can take plan until the review has been and permission has been granted!!! **Labor Day Activities this year will go on.Please register the kids for Camp Golden Eagle on Saturday September 2nd starting at 8 am. The schedule of events will be available at the registration desk. **Additional Contractors names have been added to the list of contractors that do the trenching from your cabin to the roadside connector. Please check the website for Kane County Water Conservancy District to obtain this information. They can be reached at 435-644-3997 or kcwcd@kanab.net. |
