Schedule of Remainder Association Board meetings: Pot Lucks will be held at the pavilion at 6:00 PM (Utah time) on the following dates: July 29, August 12, and August 26. Bring a dish and join the fun! Annual Meeting of the Swains Creek Lot Owners AssociationSunday, Aug. 3, 2006 1pm. Please plan to attend and vote for the upcoming years Board of Director members. Camp Golden Eagle Activities begin Saturday, September 2, 2006 Information Seminar by Certified Water Operator Jeff Hoyt about the new water system will be conducted on August 19, August 26 and September 9, at the barn and 10 am each day. He will also speak at the Annual Meeting on labor Day Weekend. Western Legends will be in Kanab August 24-26 It's a great event! |

Hopes are more people will plan ahead for next year and we can have more table with more great stuff. Especially needed would be more craft items and homemade baked items. Thank you all for coming out and let's make next year bigger and even better. Oh, by the way, remember this event is for Swains Creek lot owners ONLY. To avoid confusion next year we will be asking for lot number/addresses in Swains Creek when signing up for tables. Thank You Kathy Rodreick |

The 3rd annual Stop, Shop and Swap was held on Sat. July 1st at the Swains Creek Pavilion. According to the participants it was a huge success. There were 15 tables full of crafts, food and stuff!! Hamburgers and hot dogs were also available and very much enjoyed. There was only one participant in the Horseshoe Tournament so Bill Roderick wins by default!! Conngrats Bill! Maybe someone will give him a run for his money next year…. Thanks to everyone who donated to the young man that was hurt while working for one of the water line installation crew. Over $200 was collected to help with his medical bills. |

Kane County Water Conservancy District wants to remind all Swains Creek Pines Lot Owners Association members who requested a water meter be placed on their lot(s) that the Impact and Connection Fees are due and payable. If you elected to finance, your payment and documentation should have been sent in by July 31, 2006 and if you elect to pay in full, your payment is due August 31, 2006. Payments not received when due will be subject to an 18% APR. |
