Current Fire Restrictions: Stage 1

The Fire Restrictions applicable to you depend on where you are at the time. Here in Swains Creek Pines, you may find yourself under one of two different sets of orders, depending on if you're in our community or out in the forest.
For properties inside Swains Creek Pines, we are obligated to follow any and all State-issued​ orders.
If you're in the Dixie National Forest, you are required to follow Forestry-issued orders.
We do our best to keep this information updated, but for the most recent information you should visit the US Forestry Service website (for National Forest rules) or the Cedar Mountain Services District website (for State-issued orders).

It is important to review and be familiar with all Governing Documents in this regard, including the Amended Affidavit of Recording Judgement and Decree and Resolution Regarding Recreational Vehicles.
