Board of Directors & Committees
Swains Creek Pines® Lot Owners Association (SCPLOA) was established to provide overall management of our community, its common areas, and its standards and regulations. SCPLOA is responsible for complying with all laws and ordinances of the US Government, the State of Utah, and Kane County.
Board members are elected for a two-year term, with a maximum of two consecutive terms. The Board then forms various committees to exercise delegated authority over specific responsibilities.
Volunteers are welcome to serve on most committees—and are welcomed! Contact ABS (see "Contact" page) if you'd like to help out! Volunteers are also needed for events—again, contact ABS!
